A few years ago, I was really feeling like I’d lost myself. As a Mum, I was always doing things for other people and not achieving (or even aware of) my own goals. It was around that time that I started journalling - writing down what I wanted and how I was going to achieve it in all areas of my life.
As part of that process, I’ve created a weekly planner. I fill it in at the start of the week before I’m deep in the to-list. It really helps me to focus and use my time intentionally. After all, it’s our most valuable resource!
My favourite part is writing down what I’m grateful for. It helps me to appreciate what I already have and stops me from falling into the trap of always striving for more and loosing sight of what I already have. It’s a game changer for a good mindset too!
