To make sure you hit the ground running here are a few tips to help your launch be a success:

  1. Be super clear on how you present yourself to the world, from your colour palette, imagery, logos, fonts and tone of voice. Inconsistency will spread doubt and destroy trust in an instant.
  2. Build your audience by engaging with like-minded people and businesses.  Don’t be afraid to ask your friends and family along for the ride too.
  3. Plan a giveaway, competition or collab and get some influencers on board and lined up for when you launch. They don’t need to have millions of followers, just carefully selected people that genuinely love what you do.
  4. Take people on the journey with you - share your process of how it’s coming together (including the hard times too). Ask your followers for their input, this could be naming a product or choosing a colour way. Give sneak peeks and countdown to the big day.
  5. Nothing builds hype like limited availability or an exclusive offer. Just make sure you have your backend sorted with your shipping, links, payment gateway and product information.  Test it all before you push the go-live button.
