2. How does your company help people?
As an official Shopify Expert Agency, our team of designers, developers and marketers help growing businesses to expand their Shopify based businesses.
3. Your secret-not-secret productivity hack?
Swallow the frog. Looking at my task list for the day ahead, I always get the task completed first that I'm looking forward to the least. It's gives you a great boost and means that everything else you do in the day can only get better.
4. What's your favourite office software?
Float (below). It's a team planning tool that we literally couldn't do without to run our business.

5. Your most used mobile application?
The LinkedIn mobile app. It's crucial to developing new partnerships and marketing our business.
6. What do you do to switch off?
My business partner Peter is South African and he introduced me to the South African braai. Essentially, its a South African BBQ style and I absolutely love it! Most weekends you'll find me perfecting the perfect marinade and in May we're going to start a side hustle called 'Chop and Dop'. Watch this space!

7. What are your predictions for technology in 2019?
Without a doubt, 2019 is all about personalization in tech. From the way we use email marketing tools, Facebook ads and chatbot marketing, the focus will be on making a more personal experience, driven by the 2018 success of DTC brands doing this well, like AllBirds.
When I'm asked what the best piece of advice is for anyone wanting to grow an online business, my answer is simple. Love your product. Without loving your product, you'll be unable to market it in a way that convinces others it's a worthwhile purchase.
